Blending traditional country roots with contemporary influences, Lakelin's music speaks directly to her generation while maintaining the authenticity that has become her trademark.

With the countdown officially underway, Lakelin Lemmings is positioned to be one of the most talked-about debut country albums of the summer.

The album’s focus track, “Bad Boy Good,” is a wisdom-filled modern country waltz about the timeless appeal of a bad boy, and the difficult lessons that some good girls take too long to learn. Expressing frustration and disappointment while also allowing healing to begin, the track balances full-throated, full-band declarations with quieter, acoustic-led moments.

Lakelin co-wrote “Bad Boy Good” with Ash Bowers (Matt Stell’s No. 1 “Prayed for You”) and Mike Mobley (Rascal Flatts’ Platinum-certified “Easy”). Bowers also produced the track.

Adding to the excitement, Lakelin heads across the pond for the first time for a string of shows in England, anchored by two performances at the Country Calling Music Festival on Kings Farm in Chelmsford on August 16, a show at FortyFive Vinyl in York on August 17 and at B: Music Symphony and as part of the Nashville Sounds in the Round: Country Calling Takeover in Birmingham on August 19. Brown is a longtime industry leader known for discovering, signing, and leading the charge on developing some of modern country music’s most successful artists during his decades-long career. Those artists include thrice ACM “Entertainer of the Year” and multi-platinum-selling superstar Jason Aldean; chart-topping ACM and CMA “Duo of the Year” Thompson Square and history making female trio Runaway June. Brown is also responsible for revitalizing the careers of country stalwarts Randy Houser and Joe Nichols who each enjoyed several multi-week No. 1 hits at country radio under Brown’s leadership as Founder, President and CEO of BBR Music Group.

From the time of its creation in 1997 until its sale to BMG in 2017, Brown’s BBR Music Group grew from a fledgling independent label to a four-label plus publishing company powerhouse.

During that time, the label earned 34 No. 1 Country Radio singles; five Multi-Platinum singles; 14 Platinum singles and 17 Gold singles as well as three Multi-Platinum albums; four Platinum albums and five Gold albums. Additionally, BBR Music Group artists received 129 award show nominations and 32 wins.

Quartz Hill Music Group reunited Brown with both Joe Nichols and Runaway June as well as saw the signings of some of country music’s fastest-rising stars including Dusty Black, Annie Bosko, Matt Cooper, Ben Gallaher, Spencer Hatcher and Lakelin Lemmings.

“I’ve always believed in the power of a song – as well as in both the joy and in the healing that music can bring,” said Benny Brown, Quartz Hill Music Group founder. “I’m excited to partner with the Whitefish Songwriter Festival because it’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the talented songwriters who create those special moments with a new audience that truly values great music and how it all begins. "

The collaboration highlights the growing connection between Nashville’s songwriting tradition and Whitefish’s vibrant arts culture, creating unique opportunities for artists, audiences, and local businesses alike. Label artists Spencer Hatcher, Lakelin Lemmings and Gabe Walsh will join the festival this year.

The festival is also unveiling more opportunities for music education and cultivating aspiring artists with a songwriter workshop and songwriting contest.

Renowned Therapist Dr. Lee Long’s WAIT, WHERE AM I IN THIS? Debuts to Strong Sales and National Spotlight

NASHVILLE, Tenn (May 7, 2026) . — In a marketplace crowded with advice on how to move forward, renowned therapist Dr. Lee Long is asking readers to do something far less common: stop and take stock.  Wait, Where Am I In This | Order Book

His new book, WAIT, WHERE AM I IN THIS? now available nationwide, is already gaining traction rising to No. 1 in its category during pre-sale and arrives as Long makes his national television appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show on May 5. As Seen on the Kelly Clarkson Show

The book centers on a deceptively simple question: Where am I in this?  one that Long says cuts through the noise of modern life and addresses a growing sense of disconnection felt across demographics.

“We’ve built lives that look successful from the outside,” Long said, “but many people can’t locate themselves in them. That’s the starting point for real change.”

A licensed professional counselor supervisor (LPC-S) with decades of clinical experience, Long draws on years of one-on-one conversations with individuals navigating career transitions, family pressures, faith, and personal identity. His approach blends practical frameworks with reflective insight, offering readers tools to regain clarity rather than simply increase output.

The book’s early performance reflects a broader cultural moment. Conversations around burnout, identity, and purpose have moved from the margins to the mainstream, particularly among professionals balancing competing demands. Long’s work enters that conversation with a focus not on optimization, but orientation.

Rather than prescribing a fixed path forward, WAIT, WHERE AM I IN THIS? encourages readers to reestablish awareness in what Long describes as “the missing step between reaction and intention.”

His recent appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show introduced the book’s core message to a wider audience, as interest continues to build across both faith-based and general markets.

For Long, the book’s central premise remains straightforward.

“You can’t change your life,” he said, “until you know where you stand in it.”

WAIT, WHERE AM I IN THIS? is available now.

Nashville Artist Trevor Panarello Restores All Four Original Verses of “The Star-Spangled Banner” in Groundbreaking New Recording and Video In Celebration of America’s 250 Birthday

Produced by Jimmy Ritchey and Christy DiNapoli, the project features a cinematic video directed by The Brothers Strause (The Titanic, X-Files, Terminator, U2, Aerosmith, Red Hot Chili Peppers) and produced by Foypro.AI

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 28, 2026) - For the first time in generations, Americans can hear the three verses of “The Star-Spangled Banner” that have been quietly omitted from public life since Francis Scott Key wrote them in 1814. In homage to America’s 250 celebration, Nashville recording artist Trevor Panarello has set the full anthem to new acoustic-guitar-driven music, restoring the complete work to a mainstream American audience. Produced by Christy DiNapoli and Jimmy Ritchey, with a music video directed by The Brothers Strause and produced by their visual effects company Foypro.AI, the recording is the first contemporary popular-music presentation of all four original verses.

Trevor Panarello is a 31-year-old singer/songwriter originally from Boston, Massachusetts, known for his soulful interpretations of songs spanning decades and genres. Incorporating loops and beats created live during his performances, Panarello has developed a distinct style that blends classic songwriting with modern sonic textures. Producers Jimmy Ritchey and Greg Strause were already admirers of Panarello’s voice and approach to popular music, making him the immediate choice when the project was conceived.

“This project felt bigger than just recording a song,” says Panarello. “It was about reconnecting with something that has been part of America’s story for more than 200 years. I wanted people to experience the anthem in a way that feels emotional, accessible, and complete.”

The recording restores all four original verses written by Francis Scott Key during the War of 1812, including the lesser-known verses that have largely disappeared from public performance and cultural awareness over time. Panarello’s arrangement presents the anthem through a modern acoustic lens while remaining respectful to the original lyric and spirit of the work.

The project is backed by an award-winning creative team. The video was directed by Greg and Colin Strause, known professionally as The Brothers Strause, whose groundbreaking visual effects and directing work has shaped some of Hollywood’s most iconic films and music videos. Their credits include Titanic, The X-Files, Volcano, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Fantastic Four, and The Day After Tomorrow, for which Greg Strause earned a BAFTA Award.

The Brothers Strause have also directed videos and visual content for artists including U2, Britney Spears, Aerosmith, Linkin Park, Nickelback, Disturbed, Staind, and A Perfect Circle. Colin Strause earned an MTV Video Music Award for “Best Art Direction” for the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ “Californication,” while their Linkin Park video “Crawling” received VMA nominations for “Best Direction” and “Best Rock Video.”

Produced through their visual effects company Foypro.AI, the new “Star-Spangled Banner” video combines cinematic storytelling with modern technology to create a visually immersive presentation of the anthem’s restored verses.

Producer and songwriter Jimmy Ritchey has worked with artists including George Strait, Jake Owen, Clay Walker, Mark Chesnutt, Greg Bates, Tommy Shane Steiner, and Sam Hunt. Christy DiNapoli brings an extensive production resume that includes projects totaling more than 13 million albums sold, three Grammy nominations, and a “Producer of the Year” Award for Common Thread: The Songs of the Eagles.

“This isn’t about changing history, it’s about restoring it,” says producer Christy DiNapoli. “Most Americans have never heard the full song. Trevor brought an honesty and humanity to these lyrics that made the project come alive.”

Gallaher and Clarkson have more than just music in common: Coincidentally, both their first-born children are named River! Post performance, the two stars discussed why the making of Gallaher’s new album, Time, was a special chapter in his life: Gallaher began recording the album when his first-born son River was only five days old and recorded the last song around River’s first birthday.

The Kelly Clarkson Show is syndicated across the United States and Canada and also airs in Australia.

The guitar-fueled, lead single from Gallaher’s new album TIME, “I’ll Take You” recently catapulted out of the gate as the No. 3 Most Added Single at U.S. Country Radio, further amplifying Gallaher’s status as ‘one to watch’ in country music and beyond.

Standards 'Vital' to Navy, NASA Mission, Butch Wilmore Says

In early 2025, NASA astronauts Barry "Butch" Wilmore and Suni Williams — both retired Navy captains — were nearing nine months aboard the International Space Station, where they had been stranded since June 2024. The two were rescued and returned to Earth March 18, after spending 286 days in space.

During a visit to the Pentagon yesterday, Wilmore spoke with service members about service, space, leadership and the importance of standards.

Wilmore joined the Navy after finishing college in 1986. He attended flight school and served as a pilot in tactical jets, including the A-7E Corsair II and the F/A-18 Hornet. He served in Operations Desert Storm, Desert Shield and Southern Watch and has logged over 8,000 flight hours and 663 carrier landings. He's a graduate of the U.S. Naval Test Pilot School, and as a test pilot, he participated in developing the T-45 Goshawk trainer aircraft.

It wasn't until 2000, Wilmore said, that he was accepted into NASA's astronaut program.

"I didn't join the Navy to become an astronaut," he said. "I joined the Navy to serve my country. And how I thought I would do it, I had a jet in my mind's eye."

After completing a couple of master's degrees and flight school, he said he was looking for more.

"I'm like, 'Hey, you can't fly any higher and faster than the space shuttle — let's try that,'" he said. "So again, the Lord gave me that desire in my heart as well."

Preparation for becoming an astronaut, he said, came from everything he'd done previously as a Navy pilot.

"Think about putting on a one-man space capsule and going out into the vacuum of space, and the responsibility required for that," he said. "This is something obviously that I did with NASA, but you don't get prepared for this type of thing to be able to do it well and take on that responsibility without the foundation that takes place before you get there, and that was, for me, ... in our United States military."

Commitment, preparation and resilience, Wilmore said, are things he brought to the NASA job, things he learned in the Navy.

The jobs of service members and of astronauts are not really jobs at all, he said. They are commitments.

"This is something that is a way of life, and you've got to be all in," he said. "Because if you're not, you're not going to be able to do this job to the level that is required. And that commitment breeds the desire to be prepared. I mean, absolutely 100% prepared."

The Navy veteran spoke about the "great responsibility" every service member has, as well as the resiliency required to do their jobs.

"Resiliency is something that is learned," he said. "It is a trait that comes with rigor: blood, sweat and tears. That's where resiliency is born, and it becomes toughness and focus and fairness and all that rolled into fortitude, that term ... that we have to have in our military."

Wilmore added that the biggest factor affecting resilience is leadership — something he also learned in the Navy.

"Leadership is required; absolute leadership makes or breaks this resiliency that has its foundation as commitment, preparation and responsibility."

He described a successful leader as resilient, morally and ethically sound, meek, humble, timely, adaptable, sacrificial and unselfish.

"And realizes their words have power," he said. "You've got to realize that, and you've got to wield that sword effectively and with compassion and with care. And of course, you've got to be disciplined and determined. You have to be, especially for what you guys are responsible for every single day. I've lived it, I've seen it, I've reaped the benefits of great leaders instilling these characteristics in me, and for that, I am greatly thankful."

Shortly after taking the helm of the Pentagon last year, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth outlined plans to revive the warrior ethos, rebuild the U.S. military and reestablish deterrence with a focus on lethality, meritocracy, accountability, standards and readiness.

Wilmore said success, both in the Navy as a pilot and at NASA as an astronaut, depends deeply on those very things the secretary is focused on now.

"They are vital," he said, adding that success in particular is not possible without standards. "I'm so grateful that our military is doing what it's doing right now, because these standards are there for a reason."

Wilmore said performance standards exist for the safety and benefit of the entire military, noting that "most of them are written in blood."

He said his faith is another important element of his own success in both the Navy and NASA.

When the Starliner spacecraft that took Wilmore and Williams into space in 2024 lost several of its thrusters — limiting maneuvering abilities — he knew he and his teammate would be stranded in space for some time. He said it was his faith that kept him pressing on.

He described himself, both in maneuvering the Starline craft when it lost thrusters, and later when he was stranded on the space station, as being "content." He cited a biblical story featuring the Apostle Paul, who was beaten, stoned and left for dead, as a way to illustrate this.

"What does [Paul] say? He says, 'I am content,'" Wilmore said. "In the moment, this moment [in the spacecraft], and others I've had in the past, if I am trying to be what the Lord would have me be — in line, in step with where he would have me be — if I'm anything other than content, I'm not trusting. Paul was content ... he knows he's right where the Lord would have him be, even amongst the trials he's undergoing. And that's contentment. And that's what I try to line my beliefs up, and my understanding with; and that's where I was. That's why I was content."

Wilmore is a veteran of three space flights and has logged 464 days in space, along with over 31 hours during five spacewalks.

Scotty Inman’s Faith-Infused Country Single “Broken Man Can” Drops March 20

Album Coming in Early Fall 2026 Produced by Gary Prim

Dove-nominated Inman sets out on national tour supporting new music

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (March 18, 2026) - Scotty Inman will release his powerful new single “Broken Man Can,” on March 20, 2026. Produced by Gary Prim (Zach Top, Kenny Chesney, Billy Currington, Alan Jackson) delivers a heartfelt message of redemption, restoration, and hope found through faith.

Written by Jimmy Yeary (“I Drive Your Truck”, “I Called Mama”, “I’m Gonna Love You Through It”), Kenna Turner West, and Scotty Inman, the song reflects a timeless truth, that God often works through our brokenness to bring hope to others. With a sound that blends authentic country roots with a message of redemption, “Broken Man Can,” showcases Inman’s ability to bring his country flavor and faith-driven storytelling together.

“We here at Daywind Records are so proud of Scotty Inman and so honored to journey alongside of him,” said Dusty Wells of Daywind Records. “Scotty has delivered something truly special with Broken Man Can. This song carries the kind of hope only God can give — a reminder that no matter how broken we are or how far we’ve wandered, His love and strength can restore us. I believe this is one of the most powerful songs of the year, and it’s going to touch a lot of hearts.”

For Inman, the message behind the song reflects a deeply personal truth about faith and purpose.

“God has always used the broken,” Inman shares. “He mends them not just to heal them, but to send them back for the broken. Writing this song with Jimmy Yeary and Kenna Turner West reminded me that the redeemed carry a story the world needs to hear. My hope is that when people hear Broken Man Can, they’re reminded that no matter how far they’ve fallen, God can restore them, and their story might be the very thing that leads someone else to hope.”

Inman has quickly made a name for himself with songs like “Motel Bible” and “My God,” connecting with audiences through authentic storytelling and a message of hope grounded in faith. “Broken Man Can” continues that momentum, offering a powerful reminder that redemption stories still matter.

The single will be available on all digital streaming platforms March 20. For tour dates and other information on Inman, please visit www.scottyinman.com.

It’s a good day at work when you’re combining quartet singing, bluegrass triple fiddles, and a Dottie Rambo song.”

Professor Boner continues “’The First Time I Heard About Heaven,’ carries forward the group’s professional sound with a new partnership for broader distribution.  This is the first Gospel single our band has ever released, and our first collaboration with Billy Blue Records.  Having worked with the label and their A&R Director Jerry Salley, it seemed like a great way for us to connect our academic program with the label and teach students how the industry operates.” The song features vocals by Audrey Neel, Ethan Church, Walker Boone, and Professor Dan, with musical accompaniment by Boone and Professor Dan on guitars, Church on mandolin, Will Potts on upright bass, and fiddle harmonies by Neel, Professor Dan, and Ottawa native Reid Warren.

The tribute project also features contributions from leading voices in Gospel music, each offering their own interpretation of Rambo’s deeply spiritual catalog.

“It’s obvious that a major choral project of some of Dottie’s most memorable songs has been long overdue,” said Gerald Wolfe of Greater Vision, whose version of “For What Earthly Reason,” appears on the project. “The list of songwriters whose songs have impacted multiple generations and multiple genres is very short, and Dottie Rambo must be at the top of the list. We were honored to be included in this tribute.”

Southern Gospel favorite Karen Peck also shares a heartfelt interpretation of “When the Hills of Home Start Calling Me.”

“What a joy it is to be a part of this timeless, inspiring project,” Peck said. “There is something so special about the message in this song—the longing for heaven and the promise of the home that awaits us. I’m reminded that this world is not our final destination, and one day we’ll answer that sweet call to the hills of home.”

For Reba Rambo, the tribute holds deep personal meaning.

“My Mama was a listener,” she reflected. “She could hear the music in the trees, the rhythm in the ocean waves, and lyrics in the elderly couple holding hands at the local diner. Her songs have stood the test of time and generations. Nobody writes them like Mama. This spectacular tribute compiled by Daywind Records is one you will want to add to your collection. I know Mama is smiling, singing along with every artist, and playing her heavenly guitar.”

Artists across the genre echoed the sentiment, including Tribute Quartet, whose member Gary Casto noted the profound influence of Rambo’s work.

“It is truly an honor for Tribute Quartet to be part of this project,” Casto said. “Her songs have ministered to folks all across the world, and this project will ensure that her legacy continues to do so.”

From classic quartet harmonies to vibrant collegiate bluegrass interpretations, the tribute highlights the cross-generational impact of Rambo’s songwriting and the continued influence her music has across gospel and bluegrass communities.

“Dottie Rambo didn’t just write songs…she wrote hope,” states Dusty Wells, Direct of A&R for Daywind Records. “Her music found me as a young boy when I needed something real to hold onto, and those songs helped point my heart toward Jesus and a better life. This Tribute to Dottie Rambo recording is more than a collection of great songs recorded by amazing artists—it’s a reminder of the power of true Heart Music and how one life surrendered to God can touch generations. Dottie always believed songs should change lives, and I’ve seen firsthand how her music has comforted the hurting, encouraged the weary, and reminded countless people of God’s faithfulness. It has been one of the great honors of my life to help be a small part of keeping her legacy alive. These songs still speak; they still heal; and they still remind us all to guard our hearts and protect the gift she so faithfully shared with the world.”

Johnathan Crumpton, Director of Daywind Worship, says, “Creating the We Shall Behold Him: A Tribute to Dottie Rambo alongside Dusty Wells & Bradley Knight was a dream come true. These songs are still relevant to the church, and for us at Daywind Worship to present these updated arrangements for church choirs, praise bands and orchestras is a full circle moment for me as my mom use to sing Dottie's songs in church all the time. My hope is the church will use this amazing resource for many years to come.”

Audiences at this past years National Quartet Convention were treated to a special treat as all the artists on the Dottie Rambo tribute project performed during a dedicated showcase event. This special worship time will debut on Daywind Record’s YouTube channel on March 27th.

With national radio features on SiriusXM and The Gospel Greats, along with the participation of artists spanning multiple generations, the Dottie Rambo Tribute stands as both a celebration of her timeless songs and a reminder of the enduring power of gospel music. Additionally, the ETSU Bluegrass Pride’s single will be delivered to Bluegrass radio and all DSPs March 27th.  The honor of recording such a prolific and valuable songwriter will be in omnipresent this spring.

“I’m so excited to be releasing new music. ‘Hurricane’ was written with my friend, Bob Minner, and is all about getting ready for and embracing change. The last two years of my life have brought more change than I ever expected, and this song became a way of leaning into that instead of fighting it. “Hurricane” showcases Cox’s signature blend of contemporary storytelling and traditional roots, reinforcing her reputation as one of bluegrass music’s most authentic and emotionally resonant voices. Chorus

Is that a storm on the horizon or just our memories

Clouding up my mind with the way things used to be

I thought by now the skies would clear up

But the forecast still says pain

I don’t mind the winds of change

But I don’t need a hurricane

Award-Winning Bluegrass Guitarist Bob Minner Teams Up with Tim McGraw and Lori McKenna for Keith Whitley Classic “Kentucky Bluebird”

A Favorite McGraw Warm-Up Tune

World Premiere on SiriusXM’s Bluegrass Junction on Release Day February 27th

Available 2/27/26 on Streaming and Download Platforms and on Bob Minner’s WHERE THE MOUNTAIN MEETS THE MOON Album Later This Year

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (February 27, 2026) — IMBA Bluegrass Award- winning recording artist Bob Minner is releasing today “Kentucky Bluebird” featuring Grammy ® Award winners Tim McGraw and Lori McKenna.

Minner has a decades-long relationship with the legendary McGraw as one of his touring guitar players. The song, first recorded by Country Music Hall of Famer, Keith Whitley, is known among McGraw’s inner circle as a favorite pre-show warm-up tune.

What began as a ritual behind the curtain has now become a recorded moment, offering an intimate, reverent, and deeply-rooted country classic in a contemporary fashion while not breaking from the song’s natural, emotive approach.

“This is one of those songs that never lets go of you,” Minner shares. “One of the things Tim and I had in common from the beginning was our love and appreciation for Keith Whitley. Tim was more familiar with Keith’s country work, and I, being a bluegrass kid, knew Keith’s work with JD Crowe and his time with Ricky Skaggs when both were playing as teenagers with Ralph Stanley.”

Minner continues, “When it came time to do my album for Billy Blue Records, Tim offered to record one for it. It made sense to do a Keith song, so we agreed on the classic ‘Kentucky Bluebird’ from the 1991 posthumous Keith Whitley record of the same name. Tim delivers it with such honesty and raw emotion, and having the amazing Lori McKenna sing harmony was the cherry on top. Our take on this classic is a full-circle moment for me and a way to pay musical respect to a legend gone way too soon.”

McGraw’s unmistakable vocal presence brings familiar warmth, while McKenna’s harmony and interpretive depth add a layer of quiet gravity, honoring Whitley’s influence without attempting to outshine it. The result is a stripped-down, soul-forward recording that feels more like a front-porch session than a studio cut.

“Keith Whitley was a big influence on me,” shares Tim McGraw. “I moved to Nashville the day he died. Bob has played acoustic guitar for me for 33 years, and we’ve played ‘Kentucky Bluebird’ more times than I can remember before a show. When he asked me to sing it on his record, I was happy to help out. And having Lori McKenna singing harmony makes it even more special.”

GRAMMY-winning singer/songwriter, Lori McKenna, adds, “Singing harmonies on ‘Kentucky Bluebird’ with Tim on lead on Bob’s incredible interpretation of this classic is a dream—a ‘pinch-me’ moment. I don’t know how I get to spin in the same orbit as Bob and Tim, but working with them is always a master class. I’m so glad the world gets to hear this record Bob Minner has put together. The talent, care, and experience he brings to everything he does is a true inspiration.”

Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame member and producer Don Cook proudly notes, “This is now my favorite version of the song I wrote with Wally Wilson for our friend Keith Whitley in 1986. The track is organic acoustic music at its finest. Wish the guitar solo was longer!”

The release stands as both a tribute and a testament to friendship, to the songs artists carry with them night after night, and to the enduring power of country music when it tells the truth simply.

The Grascals & Dolly Parton Premiere “Broken Angels” Video as Single Takes #1 Spot on the Charts

The song resonates compassion and redemption

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (February 10, 2026) — As their powerful new collaboration continues gaining momentum at radio and streaming platforms, The Grascals and Dolly Parton have officially premiered the music video for their moving single, “Broken Angels,” on February 10th, 2026

The video arrives as “Broken Angels” steadily rises on the charts, drawing widespread attention across bluegrass, americana, gospel, and country audiences. The song is hailed for its emotional depth and unmistakable vocal blend that pairs The Grascals’ world-class musicianship with Parton’s instantly recognizable voice and heartfelt delivery.

“Broken Angels” is a song of compassion and redemption, offering hope for those who are hurting and honoring the quiet strength it takes to keep believing. The newly released video brings that message to life sharing themes of restoration, grace, and unwavering support. Jamie Johnson spent years in addiction and recovery. After a decade long hiatus from the Grascals, Johnson returns with renewed fervor for music, family and his friendships.

“I’ve had the idea to write a song about recovery for a long time; one that speaks to my best friend who shares many of the same struggles with addiction and depression that I do,” says Jamie Johnson. “I tried to piece it together myself, but it just wasn’t coming together. There was only one person I had in mind to help me finish it—Dolly. I recorded the little bit I had and sent it to her. Within a day or two, she called me to say she loved the idea. She also loves this same friend as much as I do, and that was the beginning of ‘Broken Angels’. Dolly, along with The Osborne Brother, has been the biggest influence on The Grascals’ career. I truly love her like family, and I know this song wouldn’t exist without her passion, heart, and unmatched gift for crafting such a beautiful piece of music.”

The video’s simplistic approach underscores why the collaboration has resonated so strongly with fans and industry tastemakers alike. Since its release, “Broken Angels” has seen rapid engagement across streaming platforms, playlist adds, and genre charts, solidifying its place as one of the most impactful bluegrass releases of the year. The video includes two original members of The Grascals; Jimmy Mattingly and Terry Eldredge, joined the current band lineup of Jamie Johnson, Kyle Perkins, Danny Roberts, Kristin Scott Benson, John Bryan, Jamie Harper in the video with Dolly.

With its multi-week, chart-topping single continues to build and the official video now unveiled, “Broken Angels,” is poised to become a lasting anthem of hope for audiences that have had their lives touched by addiction and recovery.
