Long time Salt Life team member Blake Koch returns to XFinity Series Racing!


Salt Life, one of today’s leading ocean-centric and active lifestyle brands, is proud to announce that veteran brand ambassador Blake Koch has returned full time to the  NASCAR Xfinity series for JD Motorsports.  Koch's number four car will be sponsored by an air filter subscription service founded by Koch called FilterTime.  

As Koch recently shared with The Drive, “Johnny (with JD Motorsports) has given me an amazing opportunity to be back in the series and to also have my company, FilterTime, on the car.  This is truly a dream come true. I started this company to eventually get me back in a seat, and it’s happening.”

In his racing career, Koch has participated in 213 Xfinity Series races, 10 of which resulted in top-10 finishes, five each in 2016 and 2017. His best finish to date in 2017 was a top 10 (No. 6) at Phoenix International Raceway.
