The SteelDrivers' "I Choose You" has logged three consecutive weeks at number one on Bluegrass Today's Grassicana chart. The song, which is on their critically-lauded new album Bad For You, was co-written by fiddler and singer Tammy Rogers and Thomm Jutz, her longtime friend and frequent collaborator. The song also debuted at #13 on Bluegrass Today's monthly chart.

The SteelDrivers album Bad For You has made a strong showing across the board since its release in early February: on Music Connect/Nielsen's charts, the album landed at number one on the Bluegrass Album chart,  number six on the Americana/Folk Album chart, and number eight on the Current Country Album chart. It also went to number 10 on Folk Alliance International's Top Albums chart.

Here's what some critics have to say about Bad For You:

"Throughout Bad for You, The SteelDrivers prove that adversity not only strengthens one's resolve, but can also make for some high quality genre-bending music that's good for us all." No Depression

"It's obvious from a single spin of these eleven tunes that not only have The SteelDrivers landed on their collective feet after not one but two potentially devastating lead vocalist losses, but they may even have raised an already high bar with this solid set of songs featuring an emotional and gutsy new singer."  American Songwriter

"Whether you're a traditionalist or lean more toward newgrass, this is an album that you might just wear out." Americana Highways

"With a reverence and aptitude at reviving multiple cherished roots disciplines within their sphere of the bluegrass realm, and with a new lead singer that can supercharge songs that already hold a cherished place in the minds of established fans, the SteelDrivers aren't just weathering storms, they're taming the sea, and possibly just now hitting their stride with Bad For You." Saving Country Music

The band hopes to resume their busy touring schedule in early 2021.
