BILLY BLUE RECORDS SIGNS ADAM MCINTOSH

NASHVILLE, TENN. (September 22nd, 2023) – Billy Blue Records signs Adam McIntosh, an extraordinary addition to their talented artist roster. Starting his music career at an early age, McIntosh continues to follow his passion by creating music that touches his listeners by inspiring joy and comforting those who may be hurting. Billy Blue Records will release McIntosh’s debut single “Baby, You Ain’t Baby Anymore” on October 13th, with an album release Restless to follow in early 2024.

McIntosh stated, “What a blessing! I am thrilled to announce my upcoming album Restless on Billy Blue Records! This record has been a long time in the making. I was only 18 years old when I started playing bluegrass music on the road with Dry Branch Fire Squad and knew even then that I wanted to record a project like this one day.”

He added, “The Covid pandemic gave me a new perspective, and that year I redoubled my efforts and finished my bachelor’s degree. I took time to reflect on what I wanted to do musically and decided it was time to buckle down and really work on this project. I collected songs from a few of my favorite writers as well as songs that speak to me that perhaps the general bluegrass audiences may have never heard. More than anything, I wanted to produce a collection that touches the listener. There are songs that make you tap your foot, some that make you sing along, and others that just might make you cry.”

“I am honored to be working with Billy Blue Records on this project. I was adopted into the Billy Blue Records family when I returned to Joe Mullins and the Radio Ramblers in 2019. I could tell right away that their dedication and professionalism was second to none. Thank you to Ed, Jerry, and Kyle for believing in me and encouraging me! I am thankful for the talents of some heroes and friends on this record as well, including Mike Rogers (percussion and vocals, Ron Stewart(banjo), Scott Vestal (banjo), Ned Luberecki (banjo), Jason Barie (fiddle), Mitch Meadors (mandolin), Evan Lanier (banjo), John Meador (vocals), Jesse Smathers (vocals), Dale Perry (vocals), Don Rigsby (vocals), and Angie McIntosh Young (vocals). It was an amazing experience making music with these extraordinarily talented individuals,” stated McIntosh.

Jerry Salley, director of A&R for Billy Blue Records, commented, “Billy Blue Records is grateful for the opportunity to represent this exciting collection of great songs performed by one of the very top male vocalists in bluegrass music!”

About Adam McIntosh:

From a young age Adam showed an interest in music of all kinds, but at 14 years old he fell in love with Bluegrass music. At 16, he and two friends from school earned a job playing music at a local amusement park. Two years later, Adam was hired to go on the road playing guitar and singing tenor for Dry Branch Fire Squad where he stayed for a three-year stint. After leaving Dry Branch in 2003 to start a family with his wife, Adam received a call from banjo man Joe Mullins in 2005, setting into motion “Joe Mullins and the Radio Ramblers.” After six and a half years as the Radio Rambler’s guitarist and lead vocalist, Adam left the road again in 2013 to work for Dennis Vance at The Mandolin Store, returning to music soon after with a short stint with American Drive and then again with Dry Branch Fire Squad guitarist. In 2019, Adam rejoined Joe Mullins and the Radio Ramblers, who won the International Bluegrass Music Association’s top honor as Entertainer of the Year. During the pandemic “shutdown” Adam used his spare time to double his studies and in December of 2021 graduated from Lee University with a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Leadership with an emphasis in Counseling.

More about Tauren Wells HERE.

“I’m excited and honored to be hosting this year’s GMA Dove Awards - truly such a special celebration of Christian and Gospel music,” says Wells.

The theme for the 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards is Joyful Echo. Isaiah 42:12 from The Message says, “Make God’s glory resound, echo His praises from coast to coast.”

“What Joyful Echo makes me think of is the writer in scripture that says one generation will tell another of the greatness of God. That essentially the goodness of God will be echoed from one generation to another,” says Wells. “What joy it brings the believer to be able to tell those coming from behind us how great, how good, how awesome God is. It’s also cool to note that as you declare God’s praises and sing of His goodness, it reverberates throughout history the greatness of our God.”

OLD GLORY PAY IS NOW AVAILABLE Private, Secure, and Cancel-Proof

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (July 23rd, 2023) - Old Glory Bank has launched its proprietary, closed-loop payment system, Old Glory Pay.

Headquartered in Elmore City, Oklahoma, and providing mobile banking solutions from sea to shining sea, Old Glory Bank is an FDIC-insured, chartered bank that openly supports America, its flag, faith, freedom, patriotism, the military, and first responders.

“We created and launched Old Glory Pay so that customers of Old Glory Bank can now send money safely, securely, and privately to other members of Old Glory Nation,” states Steve Paganucci, chief security officer of Old Glory Bank.

Paganucci, a 24-year veteran of the FBI who retired as head of covert finance, adds, “Unlike many ‘legacy’ payment platforms, Old Glory Pay will never cancel a law-abiding customer for exercising their freedoms.  Plus, your money is always in an account that is FDIC Insured.”

Paganucci explains that, since Old Glory Pay is exclusive to Old Glory Bank customers, all transactions are private, and funds never leave the Old Glory Bank system. “That means no outside institution can cancel your payments, see your transactions, or seize your funds,” Paganucci notes. “Your transactions are more secure, and you'll have immediate access to your money.”

“Within the next month, online merchants that are business customers of Old Glory Bank will also be able to accept Old Glory Pay,” explains Eric Ohlhausen, president of Old Glory Pay and a 15-year veteran of the payments industry. “It’s clear that many merchants want a payment mechanism that won’t be cut-off by politically minded, virtue-signaling incumbents,” he adds. Ohlhausen also announces that, later this year, Old Glory Pay will include its own crowd-funding platform.

The Old Glory Pay app is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and customers use their same Old Glory Bank login credentials to access Old Glory Pay.

Cloud Payments, LLC, (www.CloudPayments.com), a strategic partner of Old Glory Bank, developed the Old Glory Pay App, a technology built in America by American workers.  “Cloud Payments delivered our exceptional app on time, and we are proud to partner with a pro-America company that shares our values,” says Paganucci.

You can open an account at Old Glory Bank at www.oldglorybank.com.

Raisin’ Me A Country Girl: Let Kids Be Kids Again

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 30, 2023) - Racheal Davis, widely known by her stage name RaeLynn, is a country music singer and songwriter and a two-time ACM “New Female Vocalist” nominee. She has gold and platinum singles, and her debut album arrived at #1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart, one of very few to do so. She debuted as an actress on the Hallmark Channel and became the first country face to represent the global beauty brand Too Faced. Adding to her list of achievements, she is releasing a children’s book in partnership with Brave Books. Her book “Raisin’ Me A Country Girl” is based on her hit song and is also the book’s namesake. Her book describes the adventures of a little country girl who is not afraid to be, you guessed it, a country girl!

RaeLynn’s music career started when she performed on The Voice in 2012. She has shared the stage with many stars, including musical legends Blake Shelton, Garth Brooks, Keith Urban, and Miranda Lambert. She got married in 2016 and is now a mother to her beautiful baby girl, Daisy. In fact, RaeLynn’s hit song ‘Raisin’ Me a Country Girl’ was inspired by her daughter. She explained that “growing up in Texas, I was always outside playing in the dirt, rocking a sundress with my dog and even a couple of goats. The values expressed in this song were instilled in me at a very young age, and now I want to pass them on to my daughter. I love ‘Raisin’ Me A Country Girl’ because it celebrates being strong, and that’s what I want Daisy to be – a strong, sweet, tough girl who knows what matters most in life.”

Her book ‘Raisin’ Me a Country Girl’ follows a sundress-wearing, pink jeep-driving little girl named Daisy who loves her Pup Pup and isn’t afraid of a little mud. One day, Pup Pup runs away, and Daisy has to go searching for him with the help of all of her farm friends. While she drives around in her jeep looking for Pup Pup, she encounters several messy obstacles, which she tackles head-on without hesitation. When she returns home, she realizes that she is covered in mud and ruined her new blue dress. The story ends with Daisy’s mom realizing that she was just like Daisy when she was little.

RaeLynn’s book has a nostalgic feel to it, with classic illustrations that take you back to the “good ole days.” Children going on fun adventures outside with friends, using their imagination, are rarely seen nowadays. A recent study conducted by OnePoll found that 57% of parents are worried that their kids are not playing outside enough and found that American children spend 35% less time playing outside freely than their parents did. 65% of parents surveyed said they played outside every day during their childhood, while less than 30% of their children do the same today. RaeLynn, with the help of her new children’s book, is on a mission to encourage kids to be kids again. RaeLynn says it in her most recent hit, “What’s Wrong With That?” singing, “It's old school, so I'm told.” Raelynn also stated, “When writing this book, I kept remembering how much fun it was to play outside for hours and use my imagination. I wanted to convey the message that allowing kids to be kids by letting them explore might get a little crazy and dirty but at the end of the day is freeing.”

RaeLynn’s book and other BRAVE Books encourage children to feel free to get dirty, play and imagine while teaching valuable lessons and morals. ‘Raisin’ Me a Country Girl’ officially releases on July 17th, but you can preorder RaeLynn’s book at RaeLynnsbook.com.

JOSEPH HABEDANK RELEASES NEW SINGLE ON 10 YEAR SOBRIETY ANNIVERSARY

“THE BASEMENT” IS SET TO RELEASE THURSDAY, MAY 25TH

Co-written by the multi-GRAMMY® nominee and Dove Award winner, the Daywind Records hitmaker gives glory to God for his decade-long success

NASHVILLE, TENN. (May 23rd, 2023) – Joseph Habedank, one of today’s leading voices in Christian music is set to release “The Basement,” on Daywind Records, Friday, May 25th. The date signifies his ten years of sobriety from drugs. The track is co-written by Habedank and is a homage to the thousands of church basements that hold meetings for people seeking recovery from addiction across the world. In a personal and redemptive voice, Habedank shares the following to his fans as he prepares to release “The Basement”:

“It was like a tornado hit in May of 2013. Every single part of my life was impacted and damaged by my drug addiction.  If you can imagine the scene. It’s dark, it looks like more storms are on the way, and any eventual restoration looks almost impossible.

But on May 25 of that year, the clouds began to break.  I made it through the day, and days after, 24 hours at a time. Through much prayer, and the support of Porter’s Call and MusiCares, I began my path to recovery at Cumberland Heights in Nashville, TN. After 30 days of inpatient treatment, through the advice of my counselors, I then attended 90 recovery meetings in 90 consecutive days.

Just as one would seek shelter during a tornado, many of these recovery meetings took place in the basement of different churches around Nashville.  In March of 2022, I sat down with my friends and fellow songwriters Michael Farren and Tony Wood to write what is now ‘The Basement.’

Ed Leonard, president of Daywind Records, shares his thoughts, “This song captures the miraculous way that God works in recovery programs around the world. An addict’s journey to recovery is painful, emotional, lonely, and hard. It is usually riddled with setbacks and shortfalls. Many don’t survive. The best chance for survival is to seek the help of professionals in a place filled with people who are struggling just like you. Take things one day at a time, sheltered in these safe spaces, and allow God to take control and work in your life. Joseph followed this path and works each day to stay sober. Daywind made the decision without hesitation to support Joseph and his solo ministry from the beginning. We knew his character. He had a support system with his program. He had accountability and support through his incredible wife, Lindsay. But most of all, Joseph has the Master Physician in his life. The people encouraged through his testimony, both addicts themselves and the large and growing population of people whose lives have been affected by addicts, number in the hundreds of thousands. We are so proud of Joseph and will continue to support him and those who struggle with or are affected by addiction, one day at a time.”
