BILLY BLUE ARTISTS RECEIVE MULTIPLE NOMINATIONS FOR THE 36th ANNUAL IBMA BLUEGRASS MUSIC AWARDS WITH 17 TOTAL NOMINATIONS
NASHVILLE, TENN. (July 18, 2025) - Billy Blue Records is proud to announce their nominees for the 36th annual International Bluegrass Music Association (IBMA) Awards. This year's nominees were announced at the SiriusXM studios in Nashville, Tennessee, during a live event aired on Sirius XM’s Bluegrass Junction channel 77 and co-hosted by Joey Black and Sierra Hull.
Creators affiliated with Billy Blue Records received 17 nominations, led by reigning IBMA Vocal Group of the Year and Instrumental Group of the Year, Authentic Unlimited, who received 6 group and member nominations, and Darin and Brooke Aldridge, who received 5 nominations (including Brooke’s 8th overall Female Vocalist of the Year nomination to go with her 4 wins). Notably, Appalachian Road Show was once again nominated for Entertainer of the Year, one of 3 nominations for the group. Billy Blue artists continue to set the standard in both traditional and progressive bluegrass music, bringing creativity, heart, and lasting impact to the genre.
